I’m A Celebrity 2014: Michael Buerk voted out of the jungle as Mel Sykes gets feisty with her campmates
MICHAEL Buerk was the third campmate to be voted off I’m A Celebrity 2014 in tonight’s episode.
And it seems he couldn’t wait to get himself out of the jungle.
Following his departure he was reunited with his wife, Christine, who has been terribly worried about his dramatic weight loss.
But before the 68-year-old newsreader left, his position as Bush Boss definitely caused friction in the camp.
And Kendra Wilkinson had opinions of her own, saying: “Michael’s role as Bush Boss is going straight to his head. He’s laying the whip on all of us, making us work.”
Michael joked: “Unfortunately I’ve not been provided with a whip. This is an oversight which I hope you’ll correct.”
Meanwhile, Michael asked Vicki and Edwina to help prepare the meal and asked Mel to supervise.
However, her advice didn’t go down well so Mel decided not to help in any way.
Edwina then said: “That’s your privilege and your duty.
“Lie back and have a rest. It won’t be as good as if you’re doing it but don’t feel badly about it.”
“I don’t feel badly about it. I just hate it when people get p*ssy with me when I’ve got an opinion about food. Michael asked me to have an opinion about food but nobody wants to hear it so I’ve retired” said Mel.
