Michelle Heaton’s blog: Mum-of-two backs Katie Price’s decision to have seventh boob job
Seventh time lucky for Katie Price
I knew Katie was going in for her seventh boob job before she mentioned it to the world (it’s obviously not something I’m going to share with you all). I knew Katie had wanted the op for a while so hopefully she’s happy with the results.
I know some may say the seventh boob job is a lot and it is but it’s a desire some have. I’m a big tattoo addict and I have more than I care to admit to (and I still want more much to Hugh’s dismay) so I get the want for more surgery. It’s whatever makes you happy that counts.
Gemma Collins’ change of tune
Admittedly, we’ve all said silly stuff and retracted soon after e.g. “I’m never getting married again” or “I promise not to buy another expensive handbag, Hugh” but not as quickly as the TOWIE girl did with her “I’m quitting TV” comment to then appear on television a mere matter of days afterwards.
Let’s just take a moment to applaud her for donating the fee she did receive to charity. Not many would do that so well done sweetie. I love Gemma and I think she had a lot more to give on I’m A Celeb but I’m sorry the circumstances weren’t different.
Congratulations and celebrations all round
Firstly, I’d like to send my joy to White Dee on her engagement. It’s great to see her happy and I wish her the best for the wedding and future with her husband-to-be.
Secondly, I’m made up for Susan Boyle who’s bagged herself her first boyfriend, just in time for Christmas too so I hope she’ll be getting spoiled.
I say good on her. She’s coped perfectly well so far without one so I hope he treats her well.
Happy birthday, mum!
What a roller coaster of a week it’s been. After saying goodbye to grandma last week, we all wanted to remember her by having a laugh with the family as that’s the way she would’ve wanted it.
I decided to go ahead with the surprise birthday evening I had planned for my mum as I felt she needed it. On Saturday night, we all went out for a meal in Sunderland, which is near my home town, at an amazing Italian restaurant and it was most certainly cheat night.
We sipped on cocktails and enjoyed great food and mum thought that’s where the celebrations ended but how wrong she was.
Following the dinner, we surprised her with a trip to the theatre to see her favourite musical – Jersey Boys which is touring the UK as we speak. I’d arranged a backstage visit and the four leading lads were kind enough to wait to wish her a very happy birthday.
Here we are with them all. I get the feeling the one next to her was her favourite.
Our trip up north took a downward turn when I was hit with the worst food poisoning ever but Hugh’s been amazing at looking after me.
It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas
On Wednesday, we went to the charity gala night at Lapland UK. If you haven’t been, you must go. It’s the most amazing place.
You can even help the elves make toys and meet Mother Christmas while making gingerbread men before a meet-and-greet with the bearded man himself.
There’s a snow-covered wood, real-life reindeers and huskies, an ice rink – I could go on. It’s safe to say we’re all truly in the festive spirit after our visit.
Vlog of the week
My YouTube channel is going from strength to strength. I’ve had a lot of comments on the videos – so thank you for that and please continue to let me know your thoughts.
I’m trying my best to do as many requested videos as possible, including more health, fitness and diet ones. There’s some really special ones coming your way in January so watch this space.
This week’s video – exclusive to only you readers – is a look into Hugh’s birthday celebrations. Enjoy!
