Queen Letizia of Spain wears sleek monochrome look for prize giving event
Queen Letizia of Spain, 45, attended the Princess of Girona awards in Merida, Spain, today.
The royal chose a chic monochrome look for her trip out, and the slim fit trousers and white blazer showed off her slim figure.
The black trousers, which had a crease at the front, featured silver button detailing down the sides.
Tying the look together was the white blazer, which had black piping around the edges.
Letizia wore a fitted black lace-edged top underneath the blazer.
She completed the outfit with a pair of black leather stiletto court shoes.
Makeup wise, Letizia kept it simple, choosing bronze eye shadow and a light berry lip.
A deep red colour could be seen painted on her nails.
The charity is a private foundation set up in 2009, with King Felipe VI of Spain taking on the role of the honorary chairman on behalf of his daughter Princess Leonor.
The Foundation aims to support young people in their professional and personal development, and has a special interest in identifying young people with talent.
Letizia has had a busy week, and yesterday stepped out for the Gold Medals of Merit in Fine Arts ceremony at the Pompidou Centre in Malaga, Spain.
She wore a navy outfit which did little to flatter her elegant figure – including a baggy trench coat.
While Queen Letizia’s outfits are normally beautifully tailored, yesterday her coat didn’t look right.
The arms were scrunched up around her elbows, proving they were too long for her.
The body of the coat also looked like it was too big for her, drowning her figure rather than nipping in at the waist.
The outfit was saved in part by sexy stiletto high heels with a pointed toe.
